What are your hours of operation?

Monday - Saturday

By Appointment only

Can I bring a friend?

Sure! There is waiting area upstairs that they can relax in while you are in your service.

What forms of payment do you take?

Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, & Credit Card

Does a parent need to be present for teen facials?

I can accommodate one guest at a time unless it is a teen facial.

A parent/guardian must be present for anyone under 18.
Please plan accordingly, I do not allow young children and/or pets in the suite.

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes! I ask for a deposit that is 50% of the service price. Balance is due on the day of your treatment.

How should I prepare for my facial?

Please come with a clean face if possible. If not, no worries! Wear a tank top with straps that can be easily moved so you get the most our of the massage.

I get Botox/Dysport/Xeomin and/or filler injections. How long do I need to wait before I can get a facial?

2-4 weeks depending on which service you're interested in.

Please take this into account before scheduling to avoid deposit issues.

What is your reschedule & cancellation policy?

You have 48 hours before your date of service to reschedule your appointment & for your deposit to be moved to your rescheduled date. If its closer than 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to re-book.

Please understand that a 48 hour notice allows me time to fill your spot.
 

Same for cancellations, please give a 48 hour notice to cancel your appointment so your deposit is not forfeited.

No shows will not be able to re-book and will be charged the balance due amount to the card on file.

What is your late arrival policy?

I know things happen, but please respect my time and yours.

If you arrive 10+ minutes late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

After 20 minutes, late arrivals will be automatically cancelled, deposit will be forfeited, & a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.

I received the Covid vaccine. Will that affect my service?

It has been shown that the vaccine can cause reactions in many different types of ways. As of right now, it is being suggested to wait a minimum of 2 weeks before/after your shot/booster to receive services, so please follow those guidelines.

How long will my appointment be?

I always suggest to allot for the following to ensure you're not stressed!

Let the babysitter, spouse, grandparent know so you can fully enjoy your much needed self-care time:

35 minute = 50 minutes

60 minute = 90 minutes

90 minute = 2 hours

What is parking like?

Parking is available on the street, lot behind the salon, or parking structure on a first come first serve basis. Keep in mind that Old Town gets busy so plan accordingly so you're not stressed!
